1.   Job Title: .NET Software Engineer

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

- Performing technical design processes based on the requirements from requirement document

- Developing and testing enterprise hospital applications & participating in integrated testing

- Communicating with project stakeholders, software engineers, analysts, QA leaders and team leader to ensure the successful completion of own module

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

-BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent is required

-At least 4 years industry experience with .NET technologies   

-Deep knowledge of OOP, CBD, and SOA principles        

-Strong technical skills in C#, hands-on experiences with .NET based application development, good understanding of Database(both Oracle, MS-SQL), ASP.NET Web service, and related components programming

-Strong problem solving ability, is able to find creative solutions to challenging technical problems         

-Good communication skills preferred

 

OTHER PREFERENCES

 

-Experience with Healthcare services (EMR, OCS, and/or PACS) would be strongly preferred

-Knowledge of medical standard (HL7, XDS, HIE, etc.)

-MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred

- 1~2 years experience with .NET technologies     

- Understand the full development life-cycle process

- Good knowledge of relational database, OOP, core web technologies, and technical skills in C#         

- Self-motivated and fast learner       

- Able to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly  

- Enjoy technology and working with people

- MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred

-  Defines project organization and staffing

- Developing and testing enterprise hospital applications and participating in integrated testing         

- Understand GE Design Quality Process and apply for entire program development cycle

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent is required

-Industry experience with solid enterprise software design skills and implementing in multi-tier architectures        

- Deep knowledge of OOP, CBD, and SOA principles

-Strong technical skills in C#, hands-on experiences with .NET based application development, good understanding of Database (both Oracle and MS-SQL), ASP.NET Web service, and related components programming       

- Strong mind-set of SQAP (Software Quality Assurance Process)

- Strong problem solving ability, is able to find creative solutions to challenging technical problems
