2010년도 재캐나다 과학기술자협회 장학생 선발공고

젊은 과학.기술 인재 양성을 위해 재캐나다 한인과학장학재단과 재 캐나다 한국과학기술자협회가 장학생을 선발 하오니 많은 지원을 바랍니다.

지원자 중 심사를 통해 선발된 총 여섯명의 학생에게 SK 그룹 $3000(1명), (재)목암과학장학재단(녹십자) $2000(1명), 나머지는 재카과기협 과학장학재단에서 각각 $1000(4명)씩 장학금이 지급될 예정입니다.

지원자격 : 캐나다 시민권자 또는 영주권자

           캐나다 내 대학의 과학, 기술분야의 학부 3학년 이상이나 대학원생

신청마감 :  2010년 6월 15일

Thank you for your interest in applying for the 2010 KCSSF awards.

1.     APPLICAT QUALIFICATION

a. Must be a Canadian citizen or a landed immigrant (Specify on application form).

b. Must be enrolled full-time during 2009-2010 academic year and must have completed at least TWO (2) full academic year in a Science / Engineer related post secondary education institution (e.g. university, college) in Canada, and must submit proof of registration prior to receipt of scholarship, if awarded.

c. Previous recipients are NOT eligible.

2.     APPLICATION DOUCUMETS

a. Prescribed application form must be used.

b. Must provide official transcripts for the academic years 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 from all former and current post-secondary institutions.

                  Each envelope must be sealed and signed by the issuing institution.

                  DO NOT open the envelopes.

                  Transcripts received in an unsealed envelope are not official.

                  Enclose the transcripts with the scholarship application.

c. A minimum two letters are required from people that have direct knowledge of your character, ability, attitude, potential and aspiration. References should exclude family, friends and relatives.

                  Please ensure that the letters are submitted in sealed and signed envelopes.

                  Enclose the reference letters with the scholarship application.

d. Resume outlining your education, work experience, extra-curricular activities and other accomplishments, including referees’ contact numbers.
