Dear AKCSE Board members,
 

You are invited to register for the “AKCSE 2010 Annual General Meeting and Symposia”. 
The venue for the AGM is Ottawa (president, Dr. Sangsig Yun)this year at September 3-5.
 Please mark the time in your calendar and arrange your schedule accordingly. The Board meeting will commence at 3:00 pm, September 3. There also will be some programs on Sunday until 15:00 pm. Although it is not obligatory to attend the Sunday’s program, staying till the end of the program is appreciated.

 The organizing committee needs your diligent cooperation for holding the event effectively. 
 
I'd like to recommend you at this moment that to arrange your air travel as cheapest way as possible. Please look for any seat sale for the period from now on and reserve it when it is on, but don't wait too long. You have to reserve your air ticket at around one month prior to the event, let's say to reserve it no later than the end of July.

Please also let Ms. An (info@akcse.org) and Dr. Shim (symposium.chair@akcse.org) know your attendance ASAP so that the organizing committee can plan the AGM and symposia accordingly.
